Al Quran establishes the bond between man and Allah

Allah the Almighty says in the Quran: And hold firmly to the ropw of Allah altogether and do not become divided. (Surah Al Imran: 103)

Hold the rope of Almighty Allah
Dear readers, the Arabic word ‘habl’ means rope, cable, hawser, cord, string, thread, beam and ray. The expression ‘the Rope of Allah’ in this verse refers to the Quran, the religion of Allah and the covenant of Allah. The reason for the use of the word ‘rope’ is that it both establishes a bond between man and Allah and joins all believers should attach profound importance to their religion and this should always be the center of their concerns; they should continually strive to establish it; and the common desire to serve it should make them co-operate with each other.

Be united in following Islam
It is instructed to hold fast to the Holy Quran because it is the strongest Rope of Allah. This rope can be left but cannot be broken. Therefore, if the Muslims collectively hold fast to this rope, Satan cannot succeed in his disruptive activities and the collective power of the Muslims. For this reason Allah the almighty says in the verse ‘do not become divided.’ We have to be united in following Islam correctly and perfectly following footsteps of our dearest Prophet Muhammad (pubh) because a Muslim can’t think to follow Islam alone.

To become true Muslim follows al Quran
The teachings of the Quran cover all areas of our life. It contains principle, doctrines for every sphere of human activity. The peace, progress and success of human beings on this earth as well as in life the after death rely on whether we are following Islam or not according to the direction of the Quran. How can we perform our duties as the real servant’s of Allah and His agents if we do not follow the Quran? May Allah give us ability to hold fast to the Quran and work for the supremacy of Allah and for the removal of all evil things from our present society according to the instruction of the Quran.
