Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
Hope you are all right by the grace of Allah. The country is at cross-road as the news of deployment of soldiers by Myanmar along the Bangladesh frontier. The whole country is worried at the news of this imminent war between two friendly cities – Dhaka and Yangon – which enjoyed warm relations at least two years ago. During the BNP-Jamaat government Bangladesh pursued ‘look east’ policy successfully and looked forward to establishing a meaningful ties and extending it to other eastern states like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei. As a result of anti-Bangladesh conspiracies hatched by vested international quarters particularly India are rife. Bangladesh has lost the valuable friendship of China, Pakistan, Middleast countries which import lakhs of Bangladeshi expatriates.

Dear subscribers
The cover story of this issue focuses on the pristine beauty and tranquility of Chittagong Hill Tracts. It also projects the dangers lurking in the lush green of the hills. The crisis and conspiracies centring round the CHT is also a part of the regional and also international conspiracies. India is also there to train and supply arms to tribal terrorists with a view to separating this resourceful CHT region from Bangladesh, cashing in on the absence of border out posts in 148km frontier. Hopeour homeland will remain independent forever.

See you next month inshallah

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
Hope you are OK by the grace of Allah subhanu wa taala. Town planning makes the cover story of this issue. A green city sprouted with a master plan is an expectation for every citizen. It is important city people but it is equally important for the people who don’t live in town because villagers too have to visit town either for shopping or for education or the such like. Urban people must have attached much care to their environment around. If they spoil their environment, it will retaliate surely. Nature will avenge in its own way if natural courses are regulated or changed. So we can remember the proverb: injustice in anywhere is a threat to everywhere. Even the any injustice is done to your own health in early years of your life, it will take revenge upon you in old age. So take care of your city life where food and water are not safe, and even building is vulnerable to earthquake.

Dear subscribers
Hope to see you next month when eid hangover with festivities will be over. A new year will start with the renewed belief whetted in ramadan, creating chances for the Muslims to lead life living up to expectation of the teachings of ramadan.
