Merits of studying the Quran
The achievement and success of a nation is affected by the recitation and study of the Quran. This success will come when we will read it with understanding and materialize the instructions of the Quran in society. He who will work according to the Holy book will wear such a crown on the day of Judgement that its light will be even brighter than the sunlight. And their prestige and status will increase so much that we cannot ever think of. There is a Hadith in the Bukhari that our dearest Prophet (pubh) said, “The house where the Quran is recited looks as bright as the stars to the dwellers of the heaven.”
Al Quran is the only path of salvation
Al Quran shows the path of salvation in the worldly life and in the life hereafter. To human beings this Quran has presented a clear description of truth and falsehood, good and bad, heaven and hell. The Quran is the storehouse of knowledge. It is the most honorable and the largest encyclopedia of information.
Recite the Quran with special care
Mere recitation of the Holy Quran can hardly bring benefit. The benefit of recitation of the Quran relies upon the implementation of its message and guidance in our personal, social, economic, educational, political life and working according to its demand to establish a Quranic society. That is why we have to recite the Quran with care, try to understand as well as strive to implement its teachings in every spare of our life.
The Prophet (pubh) said, “The most effective Ibadat of my followers is the recitation of the gracious Quran.” (Baihaqi) So, let us decide that we will recite the Quran each and every day according to our convenient time.
